In some parts of the world, even now, you could be executed for your comments. The thing that scares me about Christianity is the zeal with which some people hold their beliefs. I knew a member of the Socialist Workers Party once, who was also very zealous about his views. And it made me realise that both groups would kill me without a second thought if they believed their cause required it. I avoid discussion with evangelicals of either politics or religion.
